Who I Am

I am a trauma therapist and clinical hypnotherapist. I am also a survivor, a strategist, and someone who has rebuilt her own life more than once.
I work with people who are not broken — they are stuck. Held in place by old patterns, old pain, or beliefs about themselves that were never true to begin with. My work draws on neuroscience, lived experience, and twenty years of clinical practice to help people see clearly, decide differently, and build lives that actually fit who they are.
